ACOP Martha I. Montalvo was one of four honorees at the 11th
Annual MABA TX Foundation Scholarship Luncheon.
ACOP Montalvo was recognized for “Outstanding Service as a
Public Servant.” Other honorees included Dave Ward for “Outstanding Service in
the Media.”
