During
HPD's outreach to Puerto Rico, Officer Vo was asked to make a T-shirt design to show
the Unity of Houston Police Department and Puerto Rico State Police Department
working together. Our HPD officers purchased these shirts and donated them as
gifts to the Puerto Rico State Police Department Officers thanking them for the
experience. These souvenir shirts remind us of our time we spent alongside with
our neighboring agency. #HoustonStrong
