On March 27, 2018 the Houston Police Department Kingwood
Division presented awards to Dr. Elizabeth Fagen, Superintendent of Humble ISD,
and Ms. Lisa Drabing, Principal of Kingwood Park High School, for their part in
allowing the Kingwood Division to use their campus as a temporary station when
our division was threatened with flood waters. Thank you to Council Member
Dave Martin who purchased the awards on the behalf of the Kingwood Division.
